As an e-commerce executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our online sales strategy, optimizing our e-commerce platform, and driving online growth. **Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, smooth navigation, and secure transaction processes.
Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs. Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer service, to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior to improve the online customer journey, from product search and selection to checkout and post-purchase support.
Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory availability, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, minimize out-of-stock situations, and coordinate with relevant teams for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
