**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Used Car Evaluator** who will be responsible for evaluating pre-owned vehicles for quality, condition, and accurate valuation. The role involves inspecting vehicles, identifying defects, assessing market value, and ensuring transparency for trade-in and resale purposes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect and evaluate used vehicles for physical, mechanical, and electrical condition.
- Identify accidental damage, repainting, or structural issues.
- Determine fair market value based on vehicle condition, age, mileage, and market trends.
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and photographs.
- Verify documents such as RC, insurance, loan clearance, and service history.
- Assist sales team in trade-in negotiations by providing accurate valuations.
- Maintain records of evaluations for audit and compliance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Used Car Evaluator or similar role in the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection techniques and valuation processes.
- Familiarity with BMW and luxury car segment preferred.
- Ability to identify accidental repairs and odometer tampering.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation.

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in used car evaluation or pre-owned car business.
