**About the Role**

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented **Administrative & Infrastructure Coordinator** to manage daily operations, infrastructure maintenance, and compliance documentation across two companies:

- **Access Systems** - a professional BPO setup
- **Thinkers Nest** - a modern self-study library space

This is a full-time role requiring hands-on coordination, vendor management, and documentation skills.

**Responsibilities**

**Infrastructure & Facility Management**
- Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure - CCTV, desktops, biometric systems, printers, internet/Wi-Fi, ACs, etc.
- Conduct regular infra checks and follow up for timely repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC renewals, maintenance, and servicing.
- Oversee infrastructure readiness across both BPO and library locations.

**Audit & Compliance Support**
- Maintain audit-related documentation for internal and client audits.
- Support infrastructure and system compliance as per client guidelines.
- Organize, store, and update all compliance documents.

**Administrative Coordination**
- Maintain asset registers, vendor contact lists, and service logs.
- Ensure proper documentation for equipment tagging and movement.
- Handle facility management-related admin tasks (seating, utilities, cleanliness).

**Reporting**
- Share regular infra status reports with the management team.
- Track and document incidents, repairs, and compliance activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate (any stream)
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in administration, facility/infrastructure management, or audit support

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of office systems (CCTV, IT, biometric)
- Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Experience working in a BPO or education environment is a plus
- Must be willing to **travel to different office locations as needed**
