About the Position:
Within AML RightSource’s Marketing Functions is our internal studio which consists of designers, copywriters, and video specialists. The purpose of the studio is to generate great quality creative that meets the brief. To ensure that the studio is delivering the high-quality output expected we are looking for a Studio Quality Controller with a proofreading/copywriting background.

The role will be the first person to review work done by the studio before it goes back out to the marketing team. They will also be asked to review work done by the marketing team to ensure that it is well produced e.g. presentations are consistently formatted and on-brand. This is an exciting role because it will be asked to support, review, and QC work on all parts of the marketing mix from sales collateral to videos to webpages.

This role will involve:

- Supporting the Department Manager (Senior Brand Experience Manager) in the form of QC and QA of all work coming from our graphic design and video design team.
- Supporting the Senior Copy Writer by reviewing and proofing work they have done to ensure their output is always great, the first time.
- Supporting our product marketing and sales team by reviewing presentations, word documents, and other written copy to ensure that it is formatted consistently, grammatically correct, and on brand.
- You will also be asked to proof and edit copy that has come from other members of the team as a form of internal QC within marketing.

This role will require someone who has the highest levels of attention to detail and will look to find all the errors before someone else does. The role also requires a strong writer who knows great written English (US English) copy to be able to write and support in this area when demand increased. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of the marketing functions output at busy and crucial times.

In this role you will:

- Be the quality controller for the materials coming out of the internal studio
- Will review documentation against the brief to ensure that all requirements have been met.
- Review presentations and other e-documents to ensure formatting, spelling, and grammar is perfect.
- Provide additional editing or copy support when/if required.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Review all materials produced by the studio to ensure accurate output pre-stakeholder review.
- Provide support to the Senior Brand Experience Manager and Senior Copywriter in their roles within the team.
- Act as a quality, grammar, and brand guardian for our materials,
- Proof, edit and write as per the brief suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a role that requires high levels of attention to detail around copy and creative.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication.
- Experience in using MS office software (e.g. PPT) and other software that may be appropriate for this role (e.g. Adobe Acrobat).
- Appropriate undergrad qualification that was studied in English or relevant work experience.
