**Job Title**: Psychology Research Intern

**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

**Duration**: 3 to 6 months

**Stipend**: 7k to 10k (negotiable)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on mental health-related topics.
- Identify and structure a curriculum that focuses on best practices for improving mental health-related topics.
- Conduct research on recent trends and initiatives in the mental health segment.
- Work on research and content development for the mental fitness segment of our product.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative approaches for mental fitness.
- To establish connections and collaborate with Senior Industrial Experts.

**Requirements**:

- A recent graduate/master degree holder in psychology.
- Must be aware of various psychological theories and concepts.
- Must be able to do research on various mental health related topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with deadlines, be passionate, dedicated, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Creative problem solver and passionate towards mental health.

**Skills**:

- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Ability to communicate complex information in an understandable and concise manner.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
