**Laboratory Assistant (Psychology) - Navi Mumbai**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in setting up and conducting psychological experiments, including preparing materials and equipment.
- Monitor students while conducting experiments and tests.
- Collect, enter, and manage data using tools such as Microsoft Office
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and cleaning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, including IRB procedures.
- Support faculty and graduate students with administrative and research tasks.Attend lab meetings and take notes or contribute as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Completion of a Diploma or a Degree in any social science background (preferably Psychology or a related field).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent data handling and record-keeping abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Statistical software like SPSS, R, or Python is a plus).
