**Job Title: Study Visa Expert**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultation and Assessment**:

- Meet with prospective students to assess their academic goals, educational background, and study abroad aspirations.
- Provide detailed information on study visa options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements for various countries.
- **Application Guidance**:

- Review and verify all documentation to ensure compliance with visa regulations and embassy requirements.
- **Visa Application Submission**:

- **Compliance Management**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures related to study visas.
- Advise students on maintaining visa compliance, including travel restrictions, work limitations, and extension procedures.
- **Client Support**:

- **Relationship Building**:

- Collaborate with academic advisors, international offices, and study abroad programs to streamline visa processes for students.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure confidentiality and security of student information in accordance with data protection regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Education, or Immigration Studies.
- Previous experience in student advising, study abroad programs, or visa consulting is preferred.
- Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for popular study destinations, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the challenges faced by international students.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate international time zones and student schedules.
- Occasional travel may be required for meetings with educational partners or attendance at international education fairs.
