**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons as per CBSE/Matric syllabus standards for Classes XI and XII.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation tools aligned with the syllabus.
- **Student Development**:

- Identify and address the diverse learning needs of students.
- Provide additional support through remedial classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Motivate students to excel in board exams and competitive exams like NEET/JEE.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Develop, administer, and grade internal assessments and periodic tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
- **Lab Management**:

- Conduct practical experiments and ensure safe laboratory practices.
- Maintain and manage laboratory equipment and resources effectively.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school-based workshops, seminars, and training programs.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Contribute to school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s degree in Chemistry with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in CBSE/Matric syllabus, handling senior secondary students (XI-XII).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of Chemistry concepts and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in preparing students for board exams and competitive exams.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in teaching.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
