**Position**: Student Service Officer (Student Advisor)

**Location**:Kochi, Kerala (Onsite Position)

**Exp Required**:3 & Above Years

**Salary**: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic guidance and counseling to students.
- Coordinate orientation programs for new students.
- Facilitate student support services such as tutoring and counseling.
- Maintain accurate student records and generate relevant reports.
- Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between students and staff.
- Assist in planning and executing campus events.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in a relevant field (education, counseling, or related discipline).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of academic policies and student support services.
- Previous experience in student services or related roles is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Student Support Services: 3 years (preferred)
- Student Guidance / Counseling: 3 years (preferred)
