**Job Title: IT Network Specialist**

**Note: This job is for Automobile Dealership Company**

**Job Summary**:
The IT Network Specialist at our automobile dealership company is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all networking components, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance overall network performance. The IT Network Specialist will collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support the technology needs of the dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Network Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain the dealership's computer networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
- Conduct regular network performance assessments to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Perform routine updates and upgrades to network equipment and software to ensure optimal functionality.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Respond to and resolve network-related incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand and address their networking needs and concerns.
- Provide technical support to dealership staff for network-related issues.

**Network Design and Optimization**:

- Design, implement, and optimize network configurations to meet the growing demands of the dealership's operations.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to plan and execute network expansion or modification projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in IT networking roles, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network security and firewall management.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for network-related issues.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for network management and security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- IT Networking: 3 years (preferred)
