We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to be the first point of contact for our patients. Your role will be crucial in generating appointments, building relationships, and contributing to the clinic's success.

**About the Role**:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing patients. You will educate them about our world-class cosmetic and dental procedures, understand their needs, and confidently book consultations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide detailed information about our services (e.g., Dental Implants, Smile Design, Skin Treatments, etc.).
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from our database and marketing campaigns.
- Understand patient requirements and concerns, and persuasively schedule appointments with our doctors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential patients to ensure they attend their scheduled appointments.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment generation.
- Provide excellent customer service and build a positive brand image for the clinic.

**Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing sales role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Telugu**.
- **Sales-Driven**: A natural salesperson with a persuasive and confident phone manner.
- **Patient-Centric**: Empathetic, a good listener, and able to build trust over the phone.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- **Education**: Minimum qualification: Intermediate/12th Pass. Graduates are preferred.
