Position: Leasing Associate

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Property Leasing:

- Identify and pursue leasing opportunities for retail and F&B spaces within our portfolio.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and industry contacts.
- Assist in lease negotiations, including financial terms, space configurations, and conditions.
- Conduct property tours, negotiate lease terms, and facilitate lease agreements in alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create leasing materials, including brochures, listings, and presentations.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and tenant requirements to inform leasing strategies.

2. Tenant Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing/new tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease renewals.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing issues and fostering positive relationships.
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects and leasehold modifications in accordance with lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, property rules, and regulations, enforcing policies when necessary.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to maintain property appearance and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

3. Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of leasing activity, prospective tenants, and lease agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing progress, tenant mix, and financial projections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property leasing, preferably with a focus on retail and F&B sectors.
- Strong understanding of leasing principles, market dynamics, and commercial real estate trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Real estate license (desired but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
