**Key Responsibilities**:

- ISO Knowledge & Documentation:

- Manage and maintain ISO documentation in line with company standards.
- Ensure ISO certifications are up to date and assist in the preparation for audits.
- Implement, monitor, and improve ISO procedures across departments.
- In-Process Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure production processes meet quality standards.
- Identify and resolve any issues in the production line to maintain optimal quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Safety Standards:

- Ensure adherence to OSHAS safety standards and implement relevant protocols in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct risk assessments and help create a safe working environment for all staff.
- Documentation Management:

- Prepare and maintain quality-related documents, including reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for quality audits and review processes.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Analyze quality data and suggest improvements for production efficiency and quality output.
- Support the quality department in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in quality management within the Home Appliances or Cookware industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, OSHAS 18001/45001 standards, and other quality management systems.
- Expertise in documentation, audits, and in-process quality checks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues in the production process.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
