**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target new customers through various lead-generation methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions, converting leads into sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Marketing Campaigns**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
- Work with the marketing team to refine and enhance online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, etc.).
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather customer feedback and analyze it to improve product offerings.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market research findings to aid in business decisions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries, product information, and service support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Work closely with the product development team to understand new offerings and their market positioning.
- **Event Management**:

- Help organize and attend industry events, trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Represent the company at key events to network with potential clients and partners.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
