**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily **office operations**, housekeeping, travel, courier, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain **office assets, AMC contracts**, and ensure smooth facility management.
- Handle **GeM Portal** - upload/update products, pricing, and documentation.
- Identify and participate in **government tenders**, prepare bids, and track submissions.
- Coordinate **dispatch of Robokidz kits**, logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure **timely order processing, invoicing, and compliance** as per GeM norms.
- Prepare weekly/monthly **admin & expense reports**.
- Use **AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Sheets)** for automation, reports, and communication.

**Skills Required**:

- Office admin & vendor management
- GeM portal handling & tender submission
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good command over MS Office & Google Workspace
- Familiar with AI/digital tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, etc.)
- Attention to detail & time management

**Preferred**:
Experience working with **government clients, PSUs, or GeM tenders**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
