**Key Responsibilities**:

- Quality Management System handling for Color Development activities and lab. Management of Color Lab and maintenance. Deliverance of product and color formula with required document.
- Creation/Review of New Material request for Generation of Material in SAP and their review for Before commercialization
- Product/Color Development for New/Existing Product HGC, Review of Color Formula issuance to daily production activities. Creation of Capsules Color Development Approval Form, Artwork Review, Product Specification Sheet. Generation of Artwork Roller Code in SAP.
- Creation/Review of New Material request for Generation of Material in SAP and their review for Before commercialization.
- Handling of Customer queries related new/existing HGC shell. Review and Issuance of WOP to Production, Review of WOP before release. Managing the documents as per QMS for Change Control/Deviation/CAPA/OSS/APQR etc.
- Internal Audit Team member, Preparation of SOPs, Site Master File etc. Work Order Package & Control Sample management
- Quality Parameter checks for Retain samples/ APQR samples and documentation. Logbook maintenance for Quality Related Documentation.
- Issuance of control documents to other departments. Maintain the risk register and follow-up on Risk Management activity. Quality lead for site training and GDP program. DMS coordinator for site.

**Key Requirements**:

- Any Science graduate with minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in Quality department in Pharma Industry (Formulation plant).
- Hands on experience pharma plant QMS, Batch release, BPR & BMR, In process QA - IPQA, Documentation.
- Tools Known : SAP - Material Master Maintenance. Generation of Artwork Roller Code in SAP
- This is individual contributor role.
- Able to work in rotational shift working hours.
- Communication : Good
- Comfortable with Dharuhera location which is 40 Kms away from Gurgaon.
