We are running some opening for "quality controller" with an well known furniture design company. Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Manesar / Gurgaon Budget: Up to 45,000/ **About the Role** The Quality Executive will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and ensuring that all furniture design and fit-out works meet company quality standards, client specifications, and industry norms. The role involves coordinating with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities**: Implement and monitor quality standards across interior design and fit-out projects. Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Prepare quality checklists, inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation. Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality materials and finishes are delivered. Maintain detailed reports of inspections, audits, and quality records for client handover. Work closely with the design, procurement, and project execution teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards during project execution. Support internal and external quality audits. Promote continuous improvement and standardization of quality practices within the company. **Key Skills & Competencies**: Strong knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and fit-out processes. Familiarity with ISO quality standards and quality assurance processes. Eye for detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management software (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadline **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹11,314.36 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
