As a Selenium Testing Trainer, your primary responsibility is to educate individuals or teams on the principles, practices, and techniques of Selenium testing. You will design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and courses aimed at imparting knowledge and skills necessary for effective Selenium testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, covering various aspects of Selenium testing such as automation fundamentals, Selenium WebDriver, test frameworks, handling web elements, and best practices.
- **Demonstrations and Practical Exercises**: Provide demonstrations and facilitate hands-on exercises to reinforce theoretical concepts and enable participants to gain practical experience in writing Selenium test scripts, executing test cases, debugging, and reporting.
- **Individualized Support**: Offer personalized guidance and support to participants, addressing their queries, clarifying doubts, and assisting them in overcoming challenges encountered during the learning process.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and proficiency in Selenium testing. Provide constructive feedback to help individuals identify areas for improvement and refine their skills.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in Selenium testing and test automation. Incorporate relevant updates into training materials and sessions to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Selenium testing tools and frameworks, including Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Maven, and others.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Prior experience in training or teaching Selenium testing concepts is preferred.
- Certification in Selenium testing or related fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in Selenium testing such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
