- Manage domestic and international air ticket bookings
- Use Protel and other online platforms for reservations and modifications
- Provide clients with suitable itinerary options and fare details
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with airlines and backend support teams when necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in online booking tools like **Protel**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Experience**:
**Working Hours**:

- Full-time position
- Timings will be discussed during the interview
