Knowledge & Experience in Autocad for works like Land Tippani, Layout Plans etc.
- Must have knowledge of the Survey Department to analyze survey records.
- Hands on experience in using Total Station instrument is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Scope of Work would be to analyze Survey Records & draw land tippani & Residential layout plans on Autocad. Coordinate with surveyor for site marking, site survey etc.

Roles & Responsibilies:

- Checking the land & preparing a report of the natural topographies.
- Going with the surveyor to the site for the survey & coordinating to get the superimposed drawings.
- Based on analysis of the superimposed drawing, preparing a report of all the red flags to the management & regularly following up with the management to get the boundary cleared.
- Showing the compound line to the compound contractor & getting survey done after the pillars have been put or trench has been done to cross check.
- Preparing a final report of superimposition of what is as per document & what we are executing on site after all the negotiations are completed.
- Coordinating with layout plan makers to get layout plan made as per the instructions given (where as per position, where as per tippani etc). Giving necessary drawings & details to the layout plan makers.
- After finalisation of layout plan, sending the layout plan to the consultants & coordination with consultant & contractor to get the execution drawings ready.
- Cross checking of contractors work in terms of location (survey), quality & quantity
- Monitoring the day to day progress of the contractors based on the schedule given & work done on site & accordingly preparing weekly reports for catching up delay & plan of action for completing as per schedule.
- Checking the RA bills raised by the contractors
- Getting site marking done for individual sites.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
