**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- **Sales Management**:

- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment of stock.
- Manage inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- **Invoicing and Documentation**:

- Generate and manage invoices for sales transactions.
- Ensure accurate entry of sales data into the system.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.
- **Paint Mixing (If Applicable)**:

- Operate paint mixing equipment to create custom colors as per customer requests.
- Ensure accuracy in paint mixing to match the required specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the paint mixing area.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Arrange and display products to attract customer attention.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of store fixtures and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the paint or tiles domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and invoicing processes.
- Ability to operate paint mixing equipment (for paint domain).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, may require weekend and holiday work.
- Primarily based in a retail store environment.
- May involve handling heavy products.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
