Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our team. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of technology sales and the ability to analyze customer needs. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Identify and pursue business development opportunities - Conduct technical sales presentations to potential clients - Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and grow key accounts through effective account management strategies - Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to maximize sales opportunities Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology-related field - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Self-motivated with a strong work ethic We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career advancement.
