**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality medical consultation and treatment with a patient-centered approach.
- Actively engage with patients, address their concerns, and involve them in treatment decisions.
- Increase patient footfall and build a strong, loyal patient base responsible for the center's revenue growth.
- Promote the clinic’s services through outreach activities and digital engagement.
- Maintain professional hygiene standards and ensure the best patient experience.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance therapist quality and treatment methods.
- Conduct online workshops and create social media content to educate and promote healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to best healthcare practices.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in a clinical or hospital setting.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- **Personality**: Pleasant, empathetic, and patient-focused.
- **Commitment**: Passionate about improving patient care and clinic growth
- **Qualification**:BAMS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
