**Responsibilities**:

- Helping CSR team to provide better support for selling Ayurveda products and proving telephonic-consultations to the clients.
- Proper handholding and support related to product to each and every CSR.
- Live consultations sessions. Ensure all queries of the patients are well addressed and provide remedial solutions.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. Assist Telecaller team in providing accurate consultation to patients. Also provide training to the team.
- Manage the team of Telecaller and achieve month and weekly targets.Planning and strategizing the business expansion needs.
- To provide necessary trainings about the products to CSR’s and ensure about their efficient working,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,725.77 - ₹30,000.00 per month
