Job Purpose

Responsible for IRU operations for circle & support on circle operations on Operations hygiene and excellence.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Fault tracking and performance management for the IRU fiber network.
- Coordination with IRU partners for ensuring Given and taken fiber.
- Coordination with SNOC, Central teams to achieve service excellence and improvement of network availability
- IRU Fiber KPIs Performance Trends tracking.
- Daily fault validation and reconciliation with NOC and IRU partner/client.
- Critical link of Network & Enterprise outages to be tracked and improved through implementation of action plan
- Coordination with Zonal leads & other network verticals to monitor and maintain Service affecting KPIs as per SLA.
- Tracking and improvement of Critical outages (P1 / P2 ) & critical alarms to ensure achievement of KPI.
- Maintaining all kinds related documents ( eg IRU Database, Monthly MIS POA for improvement ) and time-to-time updating to the circle database repository team.
- IRU governance meeting tracking with all IRU partner/client at circle level-Monthly.
- Ensuring timely IRU O&M PO/GRN tracking. Penalty calculation and timely sign offs with IRU partners.
- Tracking of other department & work close with SCM & finance team for query resolution and timely PO / GRN.
- Support circle backend operations & support on circle database
- Implementation of Best practice & OPEX control/forecast plan.
- Focus on end to end drive & accountability in deliverables
- Compliance to HSW and WFM KPIs

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Strong understanding of Fiber & Tx network
- Hands on experience of handling fiber operations
- Ability to influence Infra partners, Govt. and Local agencies, Telecom Vendors and other third party service/goods providers.
- Effective communications and relationship management with IRU partners.
- Agility and positive attitude

Must have technical/professional qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech./ Diploma with 7+ years of field operation experience.
