**Job Purpose**
Responsible for Infra, technology & administrative part for the designated OBCC site/s
**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Coordinating with circle and partners for Forecast/Projections
- Responsible for effective resource planning and execution in Site
- Timely creation/deletion of IDs
- Support to partner as a VIL representative on Customer issue addressal, timely escalation close looping, IT support through mediation between Site and Corporate
- Responsible for arranging possible BCPs in case of planned/unplanned downtimes - WFH/WFO
- Responsible for budgeting, validation & approvals of billing and RNP
- Hygiene audits and basic compliances
Key Accountabilities
- Delivery of batches on time - ID creation, deletion, manpower hiring
Audit Observation on Site Governance
Site Up Time in case of downtime
Initial Manpower compliance checks - PMAPs, Certifications, LMS
**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- SME on existing systems and processes
- Partner Management and handling
- Ability to deliver through inter personal skills, people management
- Strong Execution Skills
**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA with 5-7 years of experience in various customer service roles, preferably Front end facing roles
- Knowledge of various systems, process and reporting tools
- Good analytical abilities
