**About Bosc Tech Labs**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients post-sales, ensuring seamless communication and project clarity.
- Conduct regular meetings with global clients to gather requirements, update on progress, and address queries effectively.
- Understand and analyze client needs, document detailed requirements, and relay them accurately to the technical team.
- Manage and track project deliverables to ensure timely execution as per defined scope and expectations.
- Coordinate closely with internal development, QA, and design teams to align with project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are followed systematically.
- Maintain thorough documentation and status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate risks, propose solutions proactively to ensure client satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or client servicing within the IT/software development industry.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in handling international clients and conducting regular online meetings.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.
