KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they feel welcomed.
- Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the service area.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy and prompt delivery of food orders.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
- Ensure proper table setup, ambiance, and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor and adapt to current restaurant industry trends and implement suggestions to improve service.
- Graceful, confident, and well-groomed appearance suitable for guest interaction.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
