**Job Summary**

**WORK-LOCATION**:
Magarpatta, Pune.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
The above position will be required to support the employees of multinational corporations with outbound immigration compliances& consular services. The profile will be responsible for:

- Understanding of employment visa process, laws and norms for major outbound countries from India
- Assist the Document Legalization: Notary, Attestation and Apostilles
- Coordinating with Consulates/Embassies visa related updates
- Briefing the applicants on the Consular processes
- Preparation of periodic reports on immigration numbers
- Maintaining documents on travel processes and requirements for each country
- Analyze tax documents, indemnity bond and other guarantees needed to process cases
- Assist with Document Legalization
- Track & Push the case with vendors and update clients with case progress

**PERSONALITY & OTHER TRAITS**:

- Good oral and written English communication
- Good observation skills & eye for details
- Good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- This position is office based.
- A strong team player who can collaborate with the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
