**Position: Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to the Area Sales Executive.

4. Understand the products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

5. Build and maintain knowledge of the industry and competitors to stay ahead of the competition.

6. Plan and execute sales activities, such as presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

8. Update and maintain records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales results.

9. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

10. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any stream, with a preference for Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the spices and rice industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Goal-oriented and results-driven.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

8. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.

9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
