**Key Responsibilities**:
The Prospective applicant if selected will placed at our Premium Photography Institute CAP (Contemsys Academy of Photography ) **Location - Barasat** centre and will perform the below sated Job role.
- Conduct counselling sessions to understand the needs of students and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Make calls follow-ups leads on a daily basis to generate admission.
- Develop understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and job market.
- Develop PR with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to generate students.
- Evaluate enrolment campaigns, Suggest and Make improvements as needed.
- Updating records of interactions with students, enrolment outcomes, and business generation activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree with Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counselling, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Experience in handling CRM software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business generation.

**Total Position: 8**

**Competitive salary commensurate with experience.**

Pay Scale INR 12000 - INR 18000 per Month
