**Job Summary**:

- Title - Apprentice - UC Teams & Telephony
- Band: T1
- Would be part of Unified Communication Team to support Unified Solution services. To work in a larger Unified Communications Services environment, supporting other work processes & stake holders and offering customers a quality, efficient and effective service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Operations**:

- Monitoring of Unified Communication (MS Teams & Telephony) infrastructure
- Manage alerts and monthly patching of UC servers
- Troubleshooting of MS Teams & Telephony related issues
- Work closely with other internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability into the Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business infra.
- Work with team to support Microsoft Certified IP phone / VCs (Poly VCs X30, X50, X70 and Large Room kits, Poly Phones e.g. CX/VVX, AudioCodes, etc.)

**Behavioural skills**:

- Good communication skills and interface well with the business, line, and senior management.
- Eager to learn new technologies and process
- To be customer focused and to display an analytical approach to problem solving.
- To be a team player, working with others to provide a quality service.
- Flexible in working in 24x7 rotational shifts or as demanded by the business.

**Unified Communications: 0 -1 years of experience.**
- Knowledge on Microsoft Teams, IP telephony
- Knowledge of Microsoft certified IP phone / Video conferencing equipment’s

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge on PowerShell/Scripting
- Knowledge on Microsoft Azure, Sharepoint and Exchange

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Degree in Science or Computer Applications
