1. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects through, calls, website etc.

2. Responsible to generate incremental profits to the organization from existing customers as well as new customers

3. Generate orders based on queries and ensure timely follow-up and co-ordination with existing/new customers on orders

4. Responsible for sending product introduction and rates for products requested by the customer

5. Responsible for sending quotations, proforma invoices and samples based on the specification, to the customer

6. Responsible for following-up with customers for payment collection thereby ensuring cash in-flow

7. Co-ordinate with Finance to confirm statement on payments and execute orders based on confirmation

8. Work with the quality department on customer specification and ensure samples are developed without delay for confirmation from the customer and follow-up for sample approval

9. Collect feedback from customers on sample trials to guarantee quality is maintained as per the required specification of each customer

10. Accountable for shipment and logistics of products by co-ordinating with production and logistics teams

11. Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management

12. Address customer queries and complaints and suggest improvement in terms of products and service quality

13. Support in export related purchase and liaison with shipping forwarder

14. Responsible for collecting customer feedback and take measures to improve Customer Satisfaction Index

15. Organize and co-ordinate with team to represent the organization for exhibitions and fairs at the International level

16. Responsible for following up on the Leads and exploring new business possibilities

17. Reduce Lead Response Time and review periodically

18. Responsible for documentation of country specific certification and renewal processes

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chullickal, Kochi - 682005, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International Sales: 4 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
