The ideal candidates will play a key role in building and managing the client pipeline, driving conversions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to closure. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a robust client pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals. - Prepare BOQs and cost estimates through the Livspace platform. - Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent client engagement. - Oversee showroom sales operations, including walk-in and referral management. - Work closely with sub-dealers to generate and convert leads. - Track every stage of the sales cycle using Livspace’s inbuilt CRM software. - Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis.
