The incumbent will be responsible for business promotion under micro banking vertical. He is responsible for promotion of other liability product and record maintenance of all the financial transaction at the branch. He should handle work independently.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identification of target group members in their villages/towns by means of the Wealth ranking and Asset Test.
- Promotion of Groups for JLG loan
- Training of Group members in the objectives and rules of the Company.
- Creating and maintaining strict Credit Discipline.
- Setting a good example for your clients by attending weekly Centre Meeting on time, and in professional way, according to the procedures laid down in the Company's Operations Manual (OM).
- Disbursing loan strictly in accordance to the procedures laid down in the OM. Getting the necessary co-operation from servicing bank managers and staff.
- Carrying out a thorough check on the utilization of the loan funds within two weeks of disbursement, to ensure that they have invested in the activity approved, and advising the Center officials to monitor the subsequent use of the funds, so that there will be no difficulty in weekly repayment.
- Enforcing collective responsibility among Center members for weekly repayment which must be deposited in the Branch Office by Center member/representative on the same day of Center Meeting.
- Up-date the repayment record of the clients
- Receiving loan proposals approved by the Centre.
- Promotion of liabilities business products.
- Imparting proper training to newly recruited Trainee Centre Managers (TCMs) as and when they are assigned to you.
- Any other responsibility entrusted from time to time based on requirements of the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
