**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive real business results for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Create and analyze weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns stay within set limits.
- Assist in lead generation strategies and conversion tracking setup.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in running and optimizing Google & Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.
- Should be able to handle multiple campaigns independently.
