**Job Description: Subject Teacher (Grade Nursery to Grade 10)**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to ensure conceptual understanding and skill development.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation.
- Establish and maintain clear rules and expectations to ensure discipline and order.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and assignments to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to support learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to achieve academic goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents during parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and concerns.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Encourage student participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities to promote holistic development.
- Support school events, competitions, and community initiatives as required.
- **Classroom Innovation**:

- Integrate technology and digital tools into the teaching process to enhance learning outcomes.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students.
