Job Title PRT Science Teacher Location Deep Academic Heights Atrauliya Azamgarh UP Department Science Reports To Principal Position Type Full-time Permanent Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Science Teacher PRT to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive science lessons to primary school students fostering curiosity critical thinking and a love of learning This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys inspiring young minds and promoting scientific literacy in a creative and hands-on manner Key Responsibilities Lesson Planning Delivery Prepare and deliver well-structured and interactive science lessons aligned with the school s curriculum Use a variety of teaching methods and resources e g hands-on experiments multimedia tools to keep students engaged and cater to different learning styles Student Engagement Support Foster a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring and asking questions about the natural world Provide individual attention and support to students as needed addressing their unique learning needs Assessments Progress Tracking Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress Regularly update progress reports for students and communicate effectively with parents regarding academic development Classroom Management Maintain a disciplined and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning Implement effective strategies for managing student behavior and promoting positive interactions Collaboration Professional Development Work closely with other teachers staff and school leadership to plan interdisciplinary activities and projects Participate in regular professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices in science education Safety Experimentation Ensure the safe use of materials tools and equipment during practical science activities Promote safety protocols during science experiments and field trips Extracurricular Activities Encourage and facilitate student participation in science fairs exhibitions and other extracurricular activities related to science Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Science preferably B Ed in Primary Education with Science as a subject or equivalent Additional qualifications or certifications in education or science teaching are a plus Experience Previous teaching experience in a primary school setting especially in science is preferred Familiarity with the curriculum and educational standards at the primary level Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate young learners Sound understanding of the primary science curriculum Creativity in teaching and the ability to make complex concepts accessible and fun Patience enthusiasm and a passion for teaching Personal Attributes Passionate about science and teaching Patient and nurturing approach with young learners Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently Working Conditions Full-time school hours Occasional after-school activities or meetings Salary Commensurate with qualifications and experience Accommodation available for outstation candidate How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send a cover letter and resume outlining their qualifications and experience to hr deepacademicheights com or WhatsApp your cv to 6389300885 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
