**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**:

- Co-ordination with customer for Warranty Handling within TAT
- Basic awareness about tyre functioning and Other manufacturing or field related conditions.
- Co-ordination with Business and Service team for synergy building.
- Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.
- Keep track of Competitive latest policy, Product and technology development for benchmarking.
- Conducting Fleet tests and Follow-ups with customers for new development projects.
- Develop strong business relationship with Replacement channel and OEM Workshops by providing excellent and timely Customer Service Support.
- Conducting Mileage Survey.
- Campaign Support, Tyre safety and maintenance awareness, Customer Connect programs.

**Job Requirements -**
- Educational/Apprenticeship: Technical Diploma, Bachelors and/or Master's in Mechanical/ Auto Engineering
- Job Experience : 4-8 years
- Industry Preferred : Auto / Auto Engg Services
- Languages Skill : English/Hindi (Good Communication level in English is must)
- Knowledge of basic Computer
- Technical Knowledge : Tyre (Passanger Car Tyres, Farm and Commercial Tyres) Manufacturing process, Awareness of various conditions of tyres, Field Field concern root cause analysis and Warranty resolution.
- Good communication & Presentation Skills
- Risk taking and Leadership skill sets
- Should be a team player
- Approach for modernization
- Additional necessary knowledge or experiences : Experience in Automotive industry in Engineering domain; Customer Service and Knowledge of Tyre Technical aspects.
