The Sales Executive, As The Face Of The Company, Acts As An Interface Between The Company And The Customer And Engages In Customer Relationship Management And Business Development. This Role Is Responsible For Meeting The Sales Targets, Market Development, Product Specification, Customer Business Development, Relationship Management And Fleet Reports.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/services and solutions
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed by setting & tracking Goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Konkani, Marathi (Oral & Written)
- Hands-on experience with CRM software will be at an advantage
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

**Other Details**:
Qualification: (Minimum) BCOM/MCOM

Experience: Minimum 1 Year and above.

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
