**Job Description**:
Job Title: React Native Developer

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Roles & responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Associate - React Native to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You?ll use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions that solve our clients? most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Your Impact:

- Implement robust app architectures and complex user interfaces
- Component Design and coding new features. includes unit tests, debug and solve defects
- Write code that adheres to mobile accessibility guidelines
- Responsible for designing app architecture and integration design to various external systems (REST and GraphQL APIs, 3rd Party SDKs)
- Follow best practices using React Native and TypeScript
- Good understanding of React design patterns and functional components
- Good understanding of atomic design principles and design tokens
- Good understanding of Android & iOS working principles, build and release process
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Constantly research and adopt new technologies / best practices
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Work on high-performance consumer-facing apps
- Lead a team of React Native developers

**Qualifications**:

- Min 2-year Experience in React Native app development
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
- Knowledge of functional programming
- Experience with Apollo for GraphQL
- Technically strong in React development and deep understanding of core mobile concepts such as lifecycle, UI, networking, caching, device features, etc.
- Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest and Saucelabs
- Experience integrating third party frameworks. Worked with logging and capturing user navigation and app usage to Adobe Analytics and Google Crashlytics for understanding the most used features by users.
- Knowledge of mobile security and cryptography is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of tools such as Git, JIRA and Jenkins or any tools that are similar to these.
- Experience with mobile app accessibility
- Experience with agile methodology
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of app telemetry integration & app performance management
- Have published at least 2 React Native apps on Play Store & App Store.
