React & React Native Lead Developer 5+ years of experience to lead frontend development across web and mobile platforms.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key React & React Native Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience to lead frontend development across web and mobile platforms.

*Key expectations:*

Expertise in React (v18 & v19) and React Native using both CLI and Expo.

Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modular design.

Proficient in Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.

Experience in mobile app distribution – Play Store & App Store (build, signing, submission, compliance).

Proven ability to lead large teams (20+ members) and mentor junior developers.

Hands-on experience with client interaction, requirement gathering, and technical consultation.

Solid understanding of code reviews, best practices, and maintaining high code quality.

Capable of identifying and fixing performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms.

Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating cross-functionally.
