- The IT Strategic Planning team at Fortrea is dedicated to aligning IT initiatives with the organization's business objectives and driving the strategic and portfolio planning process. The team plays a pivotal role in developing and executing a long-term IT roadmap that ensures technology investments and initiatives effectively support Fortrea's overarching strategic goals._
- Key responsibilities of the team include:_
- _ Collaborating with Platform leaders to understand and manage their portfolio of initiatives._
- _ Supporting the planning, development, and execution of IT strategies that align with business priorities._
- _ Preparing and presenting critical materials for executive updates, quarterly portfolio reviews, and annual budget planning._

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in IT strategic planning and operational support, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist to monitor and track performance and progress of IT projects.
- Assist to gather and synthesize materials required for Monthly IT meetings.
- Support Methodology and maintain Templates.
- Support tools like Smartsheet to enhance project management efficiency.
- Support in Developing materials for key communications, including executive meetings.
- Support organizational learning and engagement to the IT Academy curriculum, fostering IT awareness, and assisting in training and workshop facilitation.

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive foundation for understanding IT strategy, planning, and operational excellence within a dynamic, business-focused environment.
