**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Java full stack development.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Teach and mentor junior developers, providing clear explanations and practical insights into Java and full-stack development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the development team to incorporate real-world project scenarios into training sessions.

**Requirements**:Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in Java full stack development with hands-on expertise in core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React).

**Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of RESTful API design, server-side technologies, and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with development tools such as Maven, Gradle, and version control systems like Git.

**Teaching Experience**: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs or mentoring junior developers. Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt to various learning styles.

**Additional Skills**: Knowledge of CI/CD practices, containerization tools (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies is beneficial.

**Education**: Any degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Java Programmer) are advantageous.
