We are looking for a qualified and passionate **DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) Trainer to join our team at GRRAS Solutions.**
**Requirements**:
- Profound expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, encompassing areas such as sorting algorithms, searching algorithms, graph algorithms, and dynamic programming.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in DSA, such as C++.
- In-depth understanding of algorithmic complexities, time complexity, and space complexity.
- Capability in explaining abstract concepts and problem-solving strategies related to DSA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaborative skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:Conduct dynamic and informative training sessions tailored to learners with varying skill levels in Data Structures and Algorithms.
**Technical Expertise**:Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages relevant to DSA, providing hands-on guidance to trainees.
**Problem-Solving**: Assist trainees in overcoming challenges related to coding and algorithmic problem-solving, fostering a comprehensive understanding of DSA concepts.
**Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
**Curriculum Enhancement**:Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in DSA, continuously refining training content to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
**Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, trainee progress, and feedback for reporting and continuous improvement.
**Technical Resources**:Serve as a valuable technical resource, addressing trainees' questions and providing guidance on intricate DSA topics.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Data structures: 1 year (preferred)
