**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Coordination**:

- Assist in curriculum planning and implementation.
- Ensure teachers follow lesson plans and complete syllabus on time.
- Monitor students' academic performance and provide necessary support.
- **Teacher Support & Development**:

- Conduct teacher training sessions and workshops.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide feedback.
- Encourage innovative teaching methods and best practices.
- **Student Development & Discipline**:

- Oversee student progress and implement necessary interventions.
- Handle student grievances and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Maintain discipline and enforce school policies.
- **Parental Engagement**:

- Act as a liaison between parents and the school.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings and communicate student progress.
- Address parental concerns and provide necessary guidance.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**:

- Assist in managing school events, examinations, and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational guidelines.
- Work closely with the Principal and school administration for smooth operations.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Ensure effective communication between different school departments.
- Maintain records and reports of students, teachers, and school activities.
- Implement new educational initiatives and strategies as per school policies.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in teaching or school administration.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
