**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift**: 24/7 Rotational (Females: Day shift up to 8 PM | Males: Rotational Shifts)
**Working Days**: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Week Off
**CTC**: Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Joining**: Immediate

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Support Executives** to join our growing team. The role requires individuals with excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain customer records by updating information in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **both English and Hindi**:

- **No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)**:

- Strong grammar and correct pronunciation are mandatory
- Customer-centric attitude with the ability to manage and resolve queries effectively
- Good listening and problem-solving skills

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification**:Graduate** (any field)
- Must be open to **working in rotational shifts** (24/7 environment)
