**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize **product listings** on the Myntra panel to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Plan and implement **pricing and discount strategies** to stay competitive and boost sales.
- Create and manage **Myntra advertisements and order boost campaigns** to maximize ROI.
- Oversee **inventory management** to maintain stock accuracy and prevent order cancellations.
- Coordinate **order management, returns, and escalations** to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct **payment reconciliation** and resolve discrepancies with the finance/accounts team.
- Track and analyze **sales reports and performance data** to identify growth opportunities.
- Work on **brand development strategies** to improve visibility, ranking, and sales growth.
- Stay updated with Myntra’s latest tools, policies, and marketplace trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience** in managing Myntra account operations.
- Strong knowledge of **listing, discounts, pricing, Myntra Ads, and order boost tools**.
- Experience in **inventory management and payment reconciliation**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and marketplace dashboards**.
- Ability to work independently with a focus on **brand growth**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in handling other marketplaces like **Flipkart, Ajio** will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of **competitor analysis and sales growth strategies**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
