**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Handle cold calling with confidence and professionalism.
- Clearly explain the company's services and offerings to prospects.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.
- Understand client requirements and route calls to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain call logs and prepare reports of telephonic interactions.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for client-related queries and updates.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 1 year of proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in **Tamil and English**.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Confident in managing cold calls and building rapport.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).

**Additional Information**:

- Salary will be based on experience and performance.
- Working hours and incentives can be discussed during the interview.
