**Role Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed **Outreach & Partnerships Coordinators** to support the expansion of our institutional alliances and volunteer programs. This role involves building partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate entities while coordinating outreach campaigns and volunteer mobilization activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and corporations
- Plan and initiate outreach campaigns across relevant regions and platforms
- Manage the onboarding process for institutional partners and maintain ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to amplify the impact of partnerships
- Support volunteer onboarding and ensure smooth coordination during campaigns and events
- Train and guide volunteers, interns, and outreach coordinators reporting to them
- Maintain organized documentation and progress reports related to partnerships and outreach

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in outreach, partnership development, or institutional engagement
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to networking and relationship building
